OutOfOffice is more than a platform - it’s a service that empowers people to plan and enjoy outdoor adventures with confidence. Our challenge was to simplify every step of trip planning, from choosing the right equipment to arranging delivery, while making the experience flexible, reliable and accessible to all users.

We focused on two key goals: designing a modular, personalised system that adapts to different activities, skill levels and group sizes; and creating a brand and UX framework that communicates trust, utility and flexibility. Every interaction, from equipment selection to delivery notifications, was designed to reduce friction and build confidence.

Leading the creative and strategy, I oversaw the end-to-end design workflow, brand integration and platform architecture. We collaborated with users, suppliers and OEMs to ensure the modular service system met real-world needs while remaining scalable for future growth.

The result is a flexible and intuitive platform that makes outdoor adventures simple, safe and inspiring. OutOfOffice demonstrates how modular service design, clear UX and a cohesive brand identity can remove barriers, foster trust and create experiences that are both human-centered and future-ready.
