At Lloyds Banking Group, I worked within the Global Digital Transformation department, focusing on enhancing digital experiences and driving innovation across core customer journeys. My role involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that aligned with the bank's strategic goals. From refining complex processes like account management to implementing transformative technologies such as Open Banking, I played a key part in shaping seamless, intuitive experiences that empowered customers and supported the bank’s digital evolution.
Objectives
The objective of the project was to address customer concerns around slow processes, lack of transparency, and feedback gaps. We aimed to enhance the customer experience by introducing new, secure ways to share data and make payments, while providing greater visibility into spending habits. By streamlining processes and demonstrating the benefits of Open Banking, the goal was to empower customers with a clearer understanding of its value and usability.
